About the Role: Are you an organized, strategic thinker with a passion for live and virtual experiences? Do you thrive on connecting industry leaders with cutting-edge insights? EnsembleIQ's Path to Purchase Institute (P2PI) and Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) brands are seeking a dynamic Content Producer, Events to shape and execute compelling content experiences across our diverse event portfolio. As a key member of the P2PI/CGT Content team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-value, impactful content for in-person conferences, virtual meetings, exclusive share groups, engaging webinars, and influential advisory board meetings. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Events, Marketing, Membership, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and deliver experiences that truly inform, inspire, and connect senior executives in the fast-evolving consumer goods and retail industries.

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Speaker Management: Take ownership of the full speaker lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, enthusiastic recruiting, efficient onboarding, and meticulous management of industry leaders and subject matter experts.

  • Content Strategy & Development: Research and analyze evolving industry trends (retail, CPG, marketing, technology) to proactively inform and drive our event content strategy. Develop, present, and secure internal alignment for innovative content plans.

  • Program Curation: Help design and create compelling event agendas and session descriptions that are meticulously tailored to the specific needs and interests of our senior executive audience.

  • Content Facilitation: Confidently moderate live and virtual panels, fireside chats, and audience Q&A sessions.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key consumer goods marketing and retail influencers, identifying and securing them as potential content contributors.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with the marketing team on pre-event promotion to maximize audience engagement and work hand-in-hand with event operations to ensure seamless on-site execution.

  • Business Support: Actively support the sales team by identifying and articulating compelling sponsorship opportunities tied to content, helping to drive revenue growth.

Job requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of B2B content development, event programming, content strategy for events, or a closely related field.

  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding live event speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented approach, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Collaboration & Autonomy: Highly collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Adaptability: Willingness and ability to travel as required for in-person events and meetings.

  • Industry Acumen: Familiarity with the retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), marketing, and technology trends impacting these industries, or a strong desire and aptitude to quickly learn and become an expert.

  • Networking Savvy: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high-level executives and influencers.
