About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Inside Sales & Sales Coordinator. In this position, you will engage with clients, qualify leads, and assist with sales processes while providing key operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning for leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and engage in consultative sales conversations

  • Maintain and update CRM Software to track lead progress

  • Collaborate with sales team

  • Assist with price quotes, contract generation and processing orders

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence , reports, presentations and other documents as needed

  • organize and prioritize tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met efficiently

  • Assist in project management tasks, tracking deadlines and following up on deliverables

Job requirements


  • Proven experience in inside sales or sales support

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally

  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suit and Google Workspace

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • A customer focused mindset
