About the Role:   We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Contractor to execute a focused, two-month campaign highlighting the critical role of pharmacists in healthcare. This is a part-time contract requiring approximately 5 hours per week, with a strong potential for extension based on performance and campaign success. The compensation for this role is $25 per hour. The ideal candidate will be an expert in visual content creation, compelling copywriting, and driving engagement across social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:  

The Social Media Contractor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of social media content for the campaign, including:

  • Creating and scheduling social media posts specifically designed to highlight the role of pharmacists in healthcare.

  • Developing and deploying compelling, professional copy tailored to maximize reach and engagement across platforms.

  • Maintaining a strong awareness of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the campaign remains cutting-edge and effective.

  • Engaging actively with the target audience by regularly commenting on important industry and related posts.

  • Proactively bringing new, innovative social media ideas and strategies to the team.

  • Establishing and maintaining weekly analytics tracking to accurately monitor campaign success and suggest data-driven optimizations and new content ideas.



Job requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Creative Skills: Demonstrated ability to create unique, professional infographic-style graphics suitable for a B2B and healthcare audience.

    • Video Capability: Technical ability to record and edit videos for social media.

    • Platform Expertise: Proven working knowledge and proficiency in using Hootsuite for scheduling and managing content.

    • LinkedIn Focus: Deep understanding of best practices for growing organic reach and engagement on LinkedIn.

      • Professional demeanor and excellent written communication skills

      • High degree of professionalism and a self-starting, proactive approach to work.

      • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a defined weekly schedule independently.

    Time Breakdown 

    • 30 min/week: Bi-weekly meeting

    • 30 min/week: Create a schedule for the following week, including content to be featured

    • 2-2.5 hr/week: Create content using a variety of formats (min 5 posts/week), request feedback

    • 30 min/week: Make any necessary updates + schedule posts

    • 1 hr/week:  Comment on relevant posts in the industry under the brand account

    • 30 min/week: Track analytics, build out trend library, offer suggestions
