Sales Manager, EIQ Healthcare – Key Focus and Responsibilities
To drive revenue growth for our leading suite of healthcare publications, including The Medical Post, Profession Santé, Québec Pharmacie, Pharmacy Practice, CanadianHealthcareNetwork.ca, and ProfessionSante.ca. As a brand ambassador, you will educate clients on the value of our media platforms and use data-driven insights to develop compelling sales strategies.
Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new advertising partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Client Consultation & Education: Communicate the value of our healthcare publications, tailoring advertising solutions to meet client marketing objectives.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Utilize audience analytics, engagement metrics, and market insights to create persuasive sales strategies and presentations.
Sales & Marketing Materials: Develop compelling sales decks, proposals, and marketing collateral that effectively showcase advertising opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by developing strategic plans to expand client investment in our platforms.
Industry & Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in healthcare media.
Job requirements
The ideal candidate is driven, passionate, creative, and a self-starter with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. They bring:
5+ years of experience in digital media sales, advertising or marketing agencies.
Proficiency in French (written and/or oral) is an asset.
A customer-first mindset with strong client service skills.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry (an asset).
Ability to analyze market data and audience insights to inform sales strategies (preferred).
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated success in account development.
Proficiency in visual sales tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or similar design platforms) for creating engaging presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with public speaking and presentations.
Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings.
