About the Role: Our internal brand marketing team is looking for an individual with a passion for media who is keen to learn. You’ll be responsible for assisting the Brand Marketing Manager with marketing and sales materials, event collateral, website design and other assorted marketing functions. Working within a very fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time, you’ll think and create on the fly. With a focus on marketing execution, you’ll further develop your ability to multi-task and juggle multiple deadlines in this hands-on, high-energy role. And, you’ll be joining a group of flexible, team-first professionals.

Job requirements

Position Requirements

  • Current enrollment in, or recent graduate of, an undergraduate program in a related field including marketing, or public relations

  • Demonstrated applied skills in Google Sheets/Forms/Slides

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and highly organized

  • Ambitious, adaptable, professional and hard-working

  • Familiarity with basic design and video production (Canva/InVideo), email design platforms and drag and drop widget platforms an asset (but not required)
