About the Role: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Operations, the Digital Operations Coordinator will:

  • Efficiently and effectively execute digital media projects for clients through web advertising, webinars, email campaigns, paid social media and content syndication

  • Project management of integrated digital media campaigns

  • Traffic and deploy ads in ad serving platforms and confirm launch success

  • Webinar production: lead rehearsal and live event, execute promotions to capture registrations and respond to technical questions/concerns from speakers and/or attendees

  • Execute and deploy email marketing campaigns

  • Create and manage multi-dimensional lead generation marketing campaigns

  • Ensure that campaign revisions are fully communicated and executed with 100% accuracy

  • Monitor the scheduling, pacing, and implementation of all advertising campaigns to ensure timely, accurate execution, and full delivery

  • Partner with customer success team to ensure campaign materials are collected and reporting is provided

  • Act as a customer success liaison both internally at EnsembleIQ and with clients, with a white glove service mentality

  • Adhere to digital operations processes and brand best practices

  • Collaborate with marketing, audience development, and content teams to help drive audience engagement and growth

Job requirements

  • Successful completion of a post-secondary education in a related field

  • 3-4 years of digital execution experience in media, communications, or related field

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Process driven, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing projects

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Experience with digital media execution platforms is an asset (CRM systems, digital ad flighting, webinars, email deployment, content management, marketing automation, Adobe CC, social media, HTML, Marketo
